In a spirit of "Mottainai" (don't waste), we make full use of pineapple cores that are normally discarded, and
unsold bananas that are perfectly edible but don't meet specifications.
We've deliciously upcycled them into sustainable chocolate with SDGs in mind.
Furthermore, a portion of the sales is returned to improving working conditions in cacao-producing regions and tree-planting activities to protect forests.

The cocoa beans, the main ingredient of chocolate, are sourced with "sustainability" in mind, aiming for the sustainable development of the cocoa industry through protecting the natural environment in cocoa-producing countries and improving the income of cocoa farmers.
Furthermore, a portion of the sales is allocated to fund projects that support farmer independence and environmental conservation.
