Application Guidelines
Starting salary
Master's degree: 242,750 yen (2025 actual)
University graduate: 240,500 yen (2025 actual)
Junior college graduate: 216,750 yen (2025 actual)
Allowances
Family allowance, commuting allowance, position allowance, self-development allowance, childcare support allowance, overtime work allowance, etc.
Salary Increase
Once a year (July)
Bonus
First Half/Second Half (5.3 months of FY2025 performance)
Working Hours
9:00 AM - 5:40 PM (shift system for some departments)
Holidays and leave
Holidays: 118 days per year (Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, summer holidays, Saturdays: complete from January to August, 1st to 4th Saturdays in September, 2nd to 4th Saturdays in October and November) Leave: Annual paid leave, accumulated paid leave, congratulatory and condolence leave, special leave, etc.
