Application Guidelines
Starting salary
High school graduate: 202,000 yen (2025 actual)
Allowances
Family allowance, commuting allowance, position allowance, self-development allowance, childcare support allowance, overtime allowance, etc.
Pay raise
Once a year (July)

First half/Second half (5.3 months of performance in FY2025)
Working hours
9:00 AM - 5:40 PM (shift system adopted for some departments)
